Valérie has been working in the field of translation for 12 years and is well-known in the milieu for her exceptional organizational skills, her rapid turnaround time and her concern for a job well done. In 1999, she earned a B.A. in Translation from Université de Montréal. Even before completing her degree, she was already working for one of the largest translation firms in the country. A few years later, she was recruited by another well-known firm for which she worked as a technical translator. In 2004, having acquired extensive experience in a wide range of fields, she took a leap of faith and launched Parallèle. Since then, Parallèle has been ensuring the management, translation and revision of thousands of projects for a great many satisfied and loyal clients.
Contributors
Parallèle is a micro-company with which a team of some 15 language professionals with various specialties do business.
Each mandate receives the attention of a customized team that is assigned to the project. The team members work diligently to deliver an impeccable piece of work, within the set deadline.
All of Parallèle’s contributors have a B.A. in Translation or a related field. With between 5 and 20 years of experience in the translation field, these people were chosen as partners because of their in-depth knowledge of French vocabulary and grammar, their precise understanding of English, their stylistic skills and their unwavering professionalism.
